Nice to meet you!
Nice to meet you!
My name is Elisheva Silberman, I am an artist, interior designer, educator and lecturer.
I was born in Paris to a French mother and an African father, and was raised in the heart of the city’s vibrant artistic culture. Influenced by the aesthetic of "Parisian chic", today I weave my art into profound themes of identity.
After earning an MBA in Paris and gaining experience within the French luxury industry, I chose to forge a new level of expertise as an interior designer in Israel, working in this field for over two decades. Today, I continue to serve as the Israeli representative for the renowned international design exhibition MAISON&OBJET PARIS.
On a personal level, after fulfilling a lifelong dream to join the Jewish People, I completed my conversion process in Israel in 1997. Guided by a commitment of shelichut (שליחות) and shared heritage, I chose to share my personal journey by spending the past 14 years teaching Jewish identity and leading art workshops for IDF soldiers in the NATIV program - fostering spaces where creativity and personal history intersect to explore narratives of belonging and spiritual expression.
On my own canvases, I unravel the concept of “identity” across its various layers - religious, national, and personal - bridging my multicultural roots with a deep devotion to the Jewish people and the Land of Israel.
My creative vision is constantly driven by an insatiable curiosity for the world, its beauty, and the diversity of its cultures and people. This global spirit also guides my community work: for over a decade, I have volunteered with the Jewish Agency For Israel, currently serving as co-chair of Women2Gether, an international network uniting Jewish women from across the globe.
I bring my open-minded, warm, and collaborative energy to every project I undertake, always eager to collaborate across borders and transform shared human stories into meaningful, emotional and enduring art…
